Job Description:

1. Non-responsible basic salary of 3000 yuan + 3% commission starting salary + incentive mechanism + subsidy + professional training

2. Communicated with customers and understood their decoration needs through various channels such as telephone, Internet and building visits, sought for sales opportunities and completed sales performance.

3. Actively and warmly receive customers and cooperate with designers to complete the signing work

4. Listen to the requirements of customers in detail, provide professional advice to owners, and communicate the detailed information of owners to the designers in time. Explain the company procedures and services in advance, and accurately inform customers of the company's new promotion programs

5. Lead the team to develop new customers, strengthen the maintenance of old customers, and establish customer files.

6. Coordinated internal resources of the company to improve customer satisfaction.
